Your floor assessment comes with a written quote covering preparation, coating options, price, schedule, and financing options.
03Prepare the concrete
We mechanically diamond-grind the surface and repair cracks, so the coating bonds to clean, sound concrete.
04Install your floor
We install the coating, complete a final floor cleaning, and explain when you can walk, park, or get back to work.

Many installations take 1–2 days. The time before you can walk on the floor or bring vehicles and equipment back depends on the system and conditions. We include those timings in your project plan.
Yes. Tell us about the foot traffic, vehicles, equipment, cleaning products, and operating hours in your space. Those details help us choose the system and plan the work around your business.
Some cracks can be repaired before coating. Moisture needs to be assessed first because it can affect how the system bonds. We inspect the slab and explain any additional preparation before installation.
Epoxy bonds hard to concrete, which makes it a strong base coat. Polyaspartic cures faster and stands up better to hot tires, road salt and sunlight, which makes it a good topcoat. Most floors we install combine an epoxy base with a polyaspartic top layer. A full polyaspartic system lets you park sooner and costs more. We recommend the system that fits your concrete and your space.
A coating can be slippery when wet. We discuss texture and traction options based on the space, then explain how to clean and maintain the finish.
Five years against peeling and lifting, on every floor we install. It covers the bond between the coating and your concrete and our workmanship. It does not cover moisture coming up through the slab, damage to the concrete itself, or damage from impact or chemicals. The full wording is on your written quote.
